I’m not a strategist—I’m a systems steward. I don’t just help build brands. I build the rhythm behind them.

But that wasn’t always the plan.

I earned my doctorate by 30. I had a clear title, a respected career path, and a full life in Texas. But something wasn’t right. I felt the weight of everyone else's systems but couldn’t find the structure that aligned with my own vision. So I did something most people don’t expect from a “professional.” I packed a single backpack, left everything behind, and started over in the D.C. area—with nothing but faith, clarity, and the quiet knowing that I was meant to build something different.

That leap became Wallace CG Solutions.

I didn’t want to be the face of a business. I wanted to be the builder behind the businesses—the one who co-creates systems for visionary leaders to grow without burnout, chaos, or compromise. I wanted to build the kind of clarity I wish someone had handed me when I was stuck trying to do it all myself.

My family has always been entrepreneurial—my parents ran their own insurance business, and I grew up answering phones, watching dreams being negotiated at a desk. I didn’t call it branding then. But now I know: I was learning how to build legacies from the inside out.

Now, I bring a research-backed, wellness-centered, deeply strategic presence to the people I partner with. We don’t just build revenue—we build rhythm. We build clarity. We build trust.

Because the truth is: most people don’t need another strategy.
They need structure they can trust, rhythms that restore them, and a partner who sees the work behind the work.

Her expertise in curriculum development and instructional design has helped transform learning environments across multiple districts, particularly in mathematics education. As a skilled writer and content developer, she crafts comprehensive educational materials that seamlessly blend academic rigor with practical classroom application.

During her classroom years teaching English Language Arts and Mathematics, Aliyah cultivated student-centered environments that prioritized agency, critical thinking, and personal growth—principles that continue to inform her approach to all professional endeavors.
