Dr. Gabrielle Wallace's journey through more than 50 schools has been marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a deep passion for education. Starting as a curious student and progressing through roles as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and certified education & nonprofit consultant she has truly embodied the spirit of lifelong learning. Each school and organization Dr. Wallace was involved with had a unique guiding philosophy for learning. This diversity of experiences has deepened her commitment to community and education strengthening her passion for positively influencing children's and families’ lives.

Extending Support Beyond - Nonprofits and Small Businesses

Dr. Wallace's dedication extends beyond the school walls. She actively provides consulting and other support to nonprofits and small businesses focused on improving the lives of children and families. Through organizations with avenues such as insurance, healthcare, enrichment, mentoring, mental health, advocacy, media, and grief support, she consistently works towards creating positive change in the community.

Roots and Legacy

Born into a family with three generations of Entrepreneurs in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Wallace's upbringing instilled in her a commitment to providing quality resources to communities. Growing up working in her parents' insurance agency after school, she absorbed invaluable lessons and experiences that shaped her perspective on the community. In Duncanville, TX at her parent’s insurance agency, she found family and community that poured into her—hopes, dreams, and lessons from their stories. A legacy she strives to carry forward. 

Educational Background

Driven by her passion for understanding behaviors, improving systems, and community engagement, Dr. Wallace earned degrees that reflect her commitment to these principles. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Communications-Advertising with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, and a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Baylor University. She has equipped herself with the knowledge and skills needed to drive meaningful change.

Guided by her rich educational background and fueled by her deep-rooted commitment to education and community, Dr. Wallace continues her mission to make a positive difference. Her journey stands as a testament to the power of learning as well as cultivating a culture of wellness, healing, and joy through community engagement and mobilization
